Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
There is a strict no return and no cancellation policy. Hence there is no refund policy

If a customer receives a package or product is damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse to accept the package and inform us immediately at silkkatha@gmail.com, info@silkkatha.com by including his/her Order ID in the mail. We will ensure that customers receive the same product in perfect condition with no additional cost.
