Maheshwari
Dreams of saree lovers come true on the banks of river Narmada - origin of Maheshwari sarees. The delicate Maheshwari weave embellished with zari designs that are inspired by the grand temples, palaces and forts of Madhya Pradesh. The weavers drew inspiration from the detailing of Maheshwar fort and the ornate stone carvings on the temple reflecting the rich culture and Heritage. Our grand and elegant Maheshwari collection pays tribute to the brave Maratha Queen Ahilyabai Holkar
Bagh
Bagh - this humble hamlet embedded by the Vindhyas is home to one of the most beautiful and unique craft of thappa chappai or block printing with natural colours which has been inherited from generation to generation. The block designs find inspiration from nature like the ancient Bagh Cave paintings, and the jali (lattice) work of the Taj Mahal. Each block has a name: chameli (jasmine), maithir (mushroom), leheriya (waves), keri (mango) and jurvaria (small dots)
